Getting Started with Santhai
Welcome to Santhai! This guide will help you get started whether you're buying or selling.
For Buyers
1. Create an Account
Visit the registration page and sign up with your email address. You'll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
2. Browse Products
Explore our product catalog or search for specific items. You can filter by category, price range, and location.
3. Add to Cart & Checkout
Add products to your cart, review your order, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and select a payment method.
4. Track Your Order
Once your order is placed, track its status in My Orders. You'll receive real-time updates on your order progress.
For Sellers
1. Register as a Seller
Sign up and complete your seller profile at Seller Information. Add your store name, location, and payment details.
2. Generate Your QR Code
Get your unique QR code that customers can scan to visit your brand page. Display this QR code in your physical store or on promotional materials.
3. Add Products
Create product listings with photos, descriptions, and prices. You can add products individually or use bulk upload for multiple items.
4. Enable Real-Time Orders
Activate real-time order notifications to receive instant alerts when customers place orders. Manage orders from your real-time dashboard.
