Browsing Products
Discover products in multiple ways:
- Browse by Category: Navigate through product categories from the main menu
- Search: Use the search bar to find specific items
- Filter: Refine results by price range, location, and seller
- Scan QR Code: Scan seller QR codes to view their exclusive brand page
Placing an Order
Step 1: Add to Cart
Click "Add to Cart" on any product. If the product has custom options (like size, color, or special instructions), fill them out before adding.
Step 2: Review Cart
Click the cart icon to review your items. You can update quantities or remove items. Custom field values can be edited inline.
Step 3: Checkout
Enter your delivery address and phone number. Select a payment method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when you receive your order
- Zelle: Pay using Zelle (US sellers) - QR code provided
- WhatsApp Pay: Contact seller via WhatsApp for payment
Step 4: Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation with:
- Order number
- Estimated delivery time
- Seller contact information
- Payment instructions (if applicable)
Tracking Your Order
Visit My Orders to track your order status:
- Pending: Order received, awaiting seller confirmation
- Confirmed: Seller accepted your order
- Processing: Order is being prepared
- Out for Delivery: Order is on its way
- Delivered: Order completed successfully
You'll receive real-time updates as your order progresses through each stage.
Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash when the delivery arrives. Have exact change ready when possible.
Zelle Payment
For US-based sellers, scan the Zelle QR code shown in your order details. Complete payment through your banking app.
WhatsApp Payment
Contact the seller via WhatsApp link in your order. Discuss payment method directly with the seller.
Custom Product Options
Many products offer customization options like:
- Size selection (S, M, L, XL)
- Color preferences
- Blouse measurements (for sarees)
- Gift wrapping options
- Special instructions
Fill these out carefully before adding to cart. You can edit custom field values in your cart before checkout.
